Great Appreciation in Platinum Prices and New Business Combination

World platinum prices bottomed out in November 2008 at about $750 and have risen significantly to today's price of $1,210 - a 61% increase in just 5-1/2 months.

The latest news release states that the shareholders approved a new business combination name, KRIA Resources Ltd, and will have a closing transaction. Beartooth Pltinum will be operating under that new name.
