I agree that its the market in general that seems to be keeping a lot of good stocks at such lows, particularly U.S. investors.

I'm watching Copper Mountain Mining (CUM) which has a very positive feasability study for the old Similkameen mine yet their stock is trading at only $1.30 (27M shares) close to their 52 week low.

Abacus is at $0.26 but is showing about 147M tonnes inferred at the old Afton property. I believe they should be trading around $1.00.

Nevada Copper is trading near its 52 week low.

Yet, copper prices are expected to remain relatively high even as the world economy cools down. Some analysts (see Citigroup) are saying that over the next 10-15 years the world will need all of the copper that can be produced.

In my opinion, if you have the cash and the patience to wait, now could be a great buying opportunlty for some really undervalued issues.
