Re: Whither Kabba? - Update

posted on May 13, 09 08:56PM

Communicated to Bell's IR today.

K-6 is about half way completed and there will be another detailed "Marsh Report" on that well.

The current drilling program is for three wells -- K5 through K7. So K-6 and K-7 are our immediate chances to make a discovery.

To my understanding, that $750K is funding those wells.

Bell is going to stick with the current three well Kabba program and, dependant on K-6 and K-7 drill results, the Company will then decide the next phase that is suitable for the project.

In addition to geological considerations, I would factor in cash availability.

Speaking of money, via the March 9th PR, they've opened a PP for capital for Kabba. Given that has yet to close, they obviously still searching for funding.

To what extend that's needed for a possible K-8, K-9 and further, I'm not sure, but I would safely guess our $750K is not enough to go much beyond K-7.

So I'll repeat what I wrote above: "K-6 and K-7 are our immediate chances to make a discovery."

We know we can drill that far.

Assuming anything beyond that is well...an assumption.
