The water problems were very briefly mentioned under the "Drill Results" of the Kabba section of Bell's web site. A lone sentence hitched above a photo at the very end of the page.

Results mean past drilling data. You don't have 'results' on your future actions, or even what you're doing at the moment. Results come after the activities that have produced them have passed.

As such, a lot of investors would probably not check for "current status" on a WIP well under such a labeled section.

Disingenuous...and that's the charitable characterization.
