Mr. Zinn is a senior mining executive with 35 years in senior management, corporate development, strategic planning and exploration and development in the natural resource industry. Formerly VP Corporate Development and Exploration of Hecla Mining Company, Mr. Zinn has a proven track record in financing, operating and managing exploration companies and companies that are in production. Mr. Zinn graduated from the Michigan College of Mining Technology with a degree in geological engineering and having completed executive management programs in corporate finance, corporate development and strategic planning at MIT and Stanford University Graduate School.
Mr. Leeners received both his B.Comm. and LL.B. degrees from the University of British Columbia in 1992. Mr. Leeners has worked with multiple venture companies developing corporate strategic planning and implementation. Mr. Leeners is a Director and Advisor to several public and private corporations and organizations.
Dr. Marsh has over 25 years of experience in the resource industry to the Company. Dr. Marsh was formerly Chief Geologist of Resolution Copper Company (a Rio Tinto Company) where he played a principal role in the planning and initiation of a multi-year, deep exploration drilling project on the large, high grade, Resolution porphyry copper deposit in Arizona. Dr. Marsh worked for Kennecott Minerals Company on the Cortez Joint Venture in Nevada, where recent and past production comprises more than 30 million ounces of gold. He was also with AMT International where he was the Manager of Exploration and Geology and was responsible for resource discovery at Copper Creek, Arizona. Dr. Marsh's degrees include a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in "Ore Deposits and Exploration" from Stanford University. Dr. Marsh is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona.
Mr. Fretwell graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with his Bachelor of Laws degree. Since that time, Mr. Fretwell has been a practicing solicitor in the City of Vancouver, primarily in areas of resource and securities law. In addition, Mr. Fretwell is a Director or Officer of various publicly traded companies including Pine Valley Mining Corporation, Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd, International Royalty Corp, Keegan Resources Corp, Continental Minerals Corp and Benton Resources Corp.

Mrs. Hansen has over 12 years of experience in providing regulatory and management services to public companies. Mrs. Hansen specializes in corporate compliance and administration of private and public companies and companies wishing to go public. Mrs. Hansen was a Director of Bell from 2002 to 2008 and has been the Corporate Secretary since 2006. She is a director and officer of several other publicly listed companies.

Mr. Harper is a professional accountant with more than 25 years experience in corporate finance and administration with public companies listed in both Canada and the United States, primarily in the mining and high technology industries. Currently he is the Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary of a company listed on the TSX Exchange. Prior to joining that company, he was the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Boyko graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. In 1991 he received his Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Toronto Law School. Mr. Boyko is the Executive Vice President-Governance/ERM and Corporate Secretary, Conexus Credit Union. Prior to that Mr. Boyko was the Director, Governance & Compliance SaskCentral from 2001 to September 2007. His responsibilities have included leading roles in legislative compliance and corporate governance best practice. Included are significant duties relating to corporate governance support, facilitating amalgamation processes, article and bylaw amendments, and policy revision. Prior to this Mr. Boyko was the Deputy Superintendent of Financial Institutions, Department of Justice, Regina Saskatchewan where he administrated the regulatory framework relating to financial institutions within Saskatchewan.
Dr. Snow's career in the mining business has spanned almost 50 years including ten years as President of Noranda Exploration Inc. (USA). During his tenure at Noranda Exploration, Dr. Snow's work resulted in the discovery of nine deposits. Since 1986 Dr. Snow has been a partner in Barranca Resources consulting to the mining industry in the areas of property evaluation and valuation, exploration management, mineral economics, organizational strategy and planning, reserve audits, commodity studies and mineral exploration program design and implementation. Barranca's clients include BHP Minerals, Chevron Minerals Corp, Kennecott Exploration, Placer Dome, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Dr. Snow served as Chairman of the Management Advisory Committee of the Society of Economic Geologists from 2000 until 2003. Dr. Snow
received his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1964.
