Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by management.

A firm capital requirement for bringing the La Balsa project into production will be the subject of a pending definitive Feasibility study. A decision on whether the required capital costs will be raised in the form of debt or equity financing will be determined after the completion of the definitive feasibility
