Well rocky, I don't totally disagree with you but here's a few things. I think they would have had a problem with access to capital as a private outfit. Look, I'm not particularly pleased with the markets valuation of the company especially with this asset being so close to cash flow. Although having said that it's not like this price depression is unique to Bell, it's pulverized the sector as a whole.
