"Steeler, you know very well that if the license agreement with Abbott has been pulled it requires another 8K. For heavens sake they have just revised their 8K explaining the amended agreement with Abbott, and Management have reiterated that we still have a license agreement with Abbott."

Fluffy, I have a hard time right now believing much which is put forth by the company, even that info which is provided through the filings.

The 10Q definitely states that there is only one licence. ONE, period. Now is this a misprint or not? Since it is in a filing, shouldn't we assume that it is correct?

As far as an 8k goes, maybe we will see one before the end of the week, who knows?
