You had asked what constitutes a license agreement. In essence, it is a contract between two parties giving permission to one party to use another party's patented technology for some form of compensation. We are looking for a more in depth definition and we will post it when it is available.

As stated in a previous filing, the 10Q was delayed because more time was required to compile financial statements. This is not uncommon for small cap companies to request an extension and should not be viewed in any negative way. The quarterly report was filed in a timely fashion and BioCurex remains in good standing with the SEC.
