Dr. Moro would like to add the following response regarding revenues and licensing:
In reference to the following paragraph in BioCurex's last 10-T:
"Revenue Recognition. The Company recognizes revenue in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 104, "Revenue Recognition in Financial Statements." Revenue is recognized only when the price is fixed or determinable, persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists, the service is performed, and collectibility is reasonably assured. The Company's revenue consists of license fees related to the licensing of its RECAF(TM) technology. Currently, there is one license agreement."
There is only one licensing agreement that generated revenue during the period.
BioCurex has TWO licensing agreements that are current and in good standing, one with Inverness Medical Innovations and the other with Abbott Labs, as has been described in previous filings, press releases and clarifications in this forum.
