annual report out

I see that the company has posted its annual report on March 31. I've got some reading to do this weekend. One point I never really understood. Dr. Moro is the only employee of BioCurex. Pacific Biosciences has ten employees that do all the work for Biocurex. Dr. Moro considers himself to be an employee of Pacific Biosciences. Biocurex rents its office space from Pacific Biosciences. I really don't know why this comapny (Biocurex) isn't called Pacific Biosciences. Maybe its a tax structure thing. Any way... research is in my immediate future. glta
