Dr Moro,
1) What "REAL" progress has been made since you incorporated in China?
2) What "Truly" is happening with Inverness (or Abbott for that matter) with recaf?
3) What "ADVANCEMENTS" with Recaf are occuring at Biocurex to justify retaining all of your employees that shareholders are being diluted to keep them employed?
4) Do you have an ONGOING relationship where Dr Wittenberg will mysteriously be given millions of free options at any date in the future?
5) As CEO you are responsible for all actions of Biocurex INCLUDING THE SHARE PRICE! Can you JUSTIFY to your shareholders the latest issuance of 1.7 million shares to yourself and 700,000 to Dr Gold? IMO, when you have to answer to shareholders we are interested in performance and I believe that when you step into the position of CEO you must live and die by the sword. It bothered me only because you made a comment that you have been using your own money to keep Biocurex operating. If this was a repayment for a loan please express it as such to your shareholders.
6) Would it not have been more prudent to use the small cap newsletter to alert new investors when there is NEW, SUBSTANTIVE, MATERIAL news, especially when you know whatever shares you issue the editor they have been cashed in immediately following the restrictive period? (Just an observation)
7) What is going on during this "quiet time"? Are you continuing your studies? Have you allowed outside institutions, universities, cancer research centers access to recaf?
8) Why are you still filing under Whispering Oaks?
9) (Tough question) What do you see is the greatest reason why recaf has not been fast tracked and made a major tool in early diagnosis of cancer?
10) How much work is needed to go to the FDA?
11) Which product will be launched first and when?
12) Do you anticipate having to renegotiate the loan or will revenue divert such an event?
13) Have you considered a research grant?
14) Did you contact Myriad Genetics that tests for cancer in individuals predisposed to cancer? Don't you see a perfect marriage?
Finally, I would like to say that many shareholders have other investments that they never have been so emotionally invested in as well as financially. Every negative and positive aspect of Biocurex has been debated over the years, but many of us continue to trust and believe in what you are doing. I am only asking you shoot straight with investors. I believe it is essential to your new and remaining loyal investors. Give us a reason to continue with you in your quest to see what some have called the "miracle protein" make it to the market and help real people not blood samples have an extended and better quality of life. I am not going to apologize for my directness. I have given praise when praise was do. Now it is about MY WELL BEING. I hope you can enlighten me as well as your other shareholders and don't be surprised if the share price begins to rise just from talking with transparency. Have you not noticed the recent rise in the stock market. NOT BECAUSE OF ANY CHANGE IN FUNDAMENTALS, BUT BECAUSE OF A CLEAR PLAN OF ACTION. Seems simple enough to me.
