Message from Dr. Moro Regarding Today's S-8

Please be advised that Dr. Moro wanted everyone to know the following after today's S-8 filing with the SEC.

Dr. Moro stated:

"The S-8 registration is for 5M for the qualified option plan and 5M for the non-qualified option plan. The way it was done is by 'amending' the previous S-8 registration and therefore the registration shows the aggregate of all the shares ever registered within these plans. Directors are restricted in exercising their options until the note holders are paid in full."
