Docking, you don't speak for everyone on this board. Speak for yourself. You will make decisions on this stock if you don't hear from the doc soon. Personally, I respect that he is working hard behind the scenes. He expressed why he is silent for now. He obviously hasn't completed negotiations and arrangements concerning Smithline and placements with the 12 investors mentioned. If you have run out of patience, do what you need to do!
