I was just going through some of the comments of the last couple of days and this one caught my eye. A number of dominoes have to fall in place to get this to a higher quality board. I think nasdaq would be the way to go because of the nature of the business and for maximum exposure. If you were looking for minimal requirements, I would suggest you go that board's website for more specifics but I know that there is a minimum stock price (ie over a$1.00 at least and/or a certain market cap as well). BOCX doesn't have those requirements yet. It is a chicken and the egg scenario. The company has to get revenue, improve its balance sheet and shareholder equity position. The s/p will rise accordingly. Only when those things happen will the company be able to entertain the idea of moving to nasdaq etc. But I like your thinking.....
