Sue Burns, owner of the San Francisco Giants, was diagnosed with lung cancer on July 10th. Nine days later, she died of the disease. Some cancers can be very fast-acting and aggressive. (Andy Kaufman, who died in 1984 of the same affliction, comes to mind too.)

1. How frequent should the anti-RECAF test be administered to gain a good margin of warning against even these "sudden-onset" cancers?

2. Is there any evidence that sudden-onset cancer may arise out of a prior mild-symptom or no-symptom stage?
