Lab Corp.

Dr. Moro,

You may already have looked into this but,

When a doctor's office orders bloodwork, they do not usually draw blood in that office. They send the patient to a company such as Lab Corp. They draw the blood and send it to ? for actual diagnosis.

In this case, I would assume the Vet will draw the blood but he could then send it to your contracted lab for them to run the test.

I am curious if you can subcontract with one of these other companies such as Labcorp either as plan A or plan B for overflow orders. You may have one within driving distance of your lab?

They could do the actual testing for X dollars which you would need to include in your price for the test. Also I am not sure if the sample needs to be frozen via dry ice.

I know that Biocurex has Pacific Biosciences for testing but plan "B" would probably be good if you recieve Mega orders on day #2.

That I am sure would be a good problem but I assume the blood has a shelf life of Y.

This might allow Biosciences to take on a manageable workload without being overloaded.
