One of the requirements of getting a senior listing (NYSE,AMEX,NDAQ) is $3,000,000 in assets. After the placement we will meet that requirement. Am I wrong? I know this is another goal for Dr Moro. Also, after the placement is complete and some shareholders are wondering about the boost in outstanding shares, couldn't we just do a reverse stock split to readjust the level of shares if it is a concern. I will not claim that I know what I am talking about with these issues. Just a thought. I do agree that a major boost in share price would offset some of the dilution, however, longterm shareholders are well aware of the share price manipulation.
