We received the following reply from BOCX President & CEO, Dr. Ricardo Moro:

“It would be improper for me to issue comments until the process we are engaged in is completed. I believe that our shareholders are not disappointed by recent events. They are the result of several months of hard work and negotiations which required confidentiality. In addition, security law regulates discloses both in content and in terms of the required filings and in this regard, we follow the advice of our lawyers. We discuss our plan of action regularly, on each 10Q. We have had to adapt our strategy to financial circumstances as they evolved, while keeping intact the same general guideline - to use RECAF for early detection of cancer.”
