Jogger21. Thank you for your response. My # of shares pale compared to yours but I have no doubt that the shares will be issued rapidly, and the delution quick, thereby making all worth a lot less in the near term.

I believe that the amount is excessive and is a warning sign to the investor. I pray that I am wrong and that the good doctor continues is frugal ways, but that is a lot of shares o/s to use.
