<In Dude 2's synopsis of SCIA 09, he mentions the following:

"Biocurex will also receive their 1st royalty payment from Inverness this year. "

Someone else posted a statement earlier saying that Inverness would begin paying Biocurex an annual miniumum royalty of $150,000 in Dec 09.

I did not catch the first statement above in the Burger presentation. I also cannot find the origin of the Dec 09 minimum royalty statement anywhere...even Biocurex's IR person did not know what I was talking about when I asked her about it.

Can anyone here enlighten me/us as to the origin of these statements. I am not saying I don't believe the posters; I just need a clear source.

The reference to the royalty payment by Dr. Burger was at the very end of slide 9. In reference to revenue, Dr. Burger stated Biocurex would receive the annual minimum royalty payment from Inverness this year. I know there have been many discussions as to the specific date on the other board, but I don't remember the exact source. I beleive it was taken from the original license agreement between the two parties.

In regards to combining Recaf with CEA, Dr. Burger said CEA is 50% accurate, but by combining Recaf with CEA the test is over 90% accurate with a positive predictive value of 100%.
