Problems with ACLU.

1. Organization was started by a member of the Communist Party.

2. Active in tearing down war memorials ( or at least trying to. Sometimes they are successful in having them moved to some dark corner).

3. Active in supporting rights of privacy for sexual predators, eg. child molesters. (If you have children, you want to know if these criminals have moved into your area).

4. Active in intimidating schools on what they can allow in the classroom. Eg., At Halloween time a child draws a pic of a pumpkin and a witch on a broom...no problem. But during the Christmas season a child draws a pic of Mary and Joseph with the baby Jesus...Big problem. ACLU stopped kids from meeting at the pole to pray (BEFORE school was in session). That one went all the way to the Supreme Court and ACLU lost.The American Center for Law and Justice won that case and many others.
