1. Who cares if the ACLU was started by a member of the communist party?!? Chances are their rights were being trampled and decided to do something about it. This country has a history of excluding people and then gently opening the door for others to have the same rights. I don't care what others believe as long as they abide by Constitutional Law and don't harm others or force others to believe what they believe.

3. If you have done the time then you should be forgiven. Some teenage boys were charged with statory rape for having sex with a minor and are forever labeled a predator. Their privacy should be guaranteed. People who actively pursued children or are rapists should be dealt with in a different manor. I don't have the answer, but there is a way to do it without ruining the life of someone who generally wants to reform themselves.
