Good points made by all in regard to the merger. To me both companies have properties with an equal chance of success going forward. All are speculative.

From the news release: Currently Rencore has 28,885,326 common shares issued and outstanding and Bold has 32,380,945 common shares issued and outstanding. The combined entity will have 61,266,271 common shares issued and outstanding.

For those that think that BOL shareholders are not being treated fairly, perhaps holders of RNC feel they should receive better than 1 for 1.
