The last price of BOL was .165. RNC has some for sale at .15 assuming that they are in fact trading. So, if nobody has purchased those to get shares worth .165 in return, does that mean that the market feels that the new merged company will be valued at less than .15? I'm not looking to buy more at this time, I was just wondering why those shares at .15 have not been taken.
