I attended the special AGMs of both Rencore and Bold today.

The merger vote passed easily...actually unanimous.

I had hoped that drilling at Ren-8 would start soon. It will, in the next day or two.

Management indicated that they have been working hard during this long quiet period while organizing the merger. They alluded to some new project that we may hear about in the near future.

Management believes they have in place the very best exploration team with the best techniques and strategies.

I like our chances going forward.
