Bordeaux Energy warrants to delist

Effectiveat the opening, Aug. 1, 2008, the share purchase warrants of BordeauxEnergy Inc. will trade for cash. The warrants expire Aug. 6, 2008, andwill therefore be delisted at the close of business Aug. 6, 2008.

Aug. 5, 2008 -- to settle -- Aug. 6, 2008
