BUFFALO FINANCING WITH LONGVIEW CAPITAL PARTNERS CANCELLED

Buffalo Gold Ltd. will not be proceeding with the previously announced convertible loan financing from Longview Capital Partners Inc. as the parties were unable to agree on final terms.
