(TSX Venture Exchange: CFQ) (“CFS“ or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jacek Dziubras and Mr. Miroslaw Borucki as new Director’s of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, CO2 Reduction Poland Sp. Z o.o. in Poland. Mr. Borucki and Mr. Dziubras have replaced the outgoing Director’s of CO2 Reduction Poland Sp. Z o.o.

Mr. Borucki is responsible for all strategic matters of CO2 Reduction Poland including, project identification, business execution, financial management and governmental relationships. Mr. Borucki spent 15 years working for the Ministry of Finance in Poland as a senior officer in the State Tax Department. In 2006 Mr. Borucki co-founded D.B.B. Investment Sp. Z o.o., a successful real estate investment and development company in Poland. In 2008 Mr. Borucki co-founded Europlazma Sp. Z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland. Europlazma Sp. Z o.o. operates in the Environmental Protection sector, using plasma energy generation technology for the utilization and management of waste materials.

Mr. Dziubras has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and businessman. Since 2006 Mr. Dziubras has been President, co-founder and principal investor of D.B.B. Investment Sp. Z o.o., a successful real estate investment and development company in Poland. In 2008 Mr. Dziubras co-founded Europlazma Sp. Z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland for the purpose of processing and disposing of all types of waste materials with a high-energy content derived from patented plasma energy generators.
