Grant of Stock Options

Vancouver, BC, Canada – October 7, 2008 – Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: CFQ) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 1,635,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, exercisable until October 6, 2013, at a price of $0.23 per share.

This transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
