Wall St Journal article

Here's a link to a Wall St Jounral article. (you have to pay to read the whole thing) but it talks about a $121 Million STUDY from Duke Energy for burying carbon emissions from a power plant under construction. If someone is willing to pay $121 Million for a study then there has to be a market for those wanting to do somethig about it instead of examining the problem.
