Many are speculating about a possible Joint Venture Partner.Most CGX investors are putting out the big names,ie,Andarcko,Shell,Tullow,Repsol,Exxon and others.I think Pacific Rubiales is another to be considered.In Oct 2011 they picked up 19% of CGXs placement at $0.70 cents.They have more than doubled their investment so far.They have large pockets and are not afraid to invest in what should be a sure thing.JMO
