Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (TSXV:CMB) (OOTC:CMCXF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Water License for the Bishop mill facilities was issued on July 13, 2011, upon receipt of confirmation that the application to construct a new Class A tailing pond had been uncontested. Construction of the tailings pond and shipment of ore from one of the available sources will start once the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has reviewed and accepted the amended Plan of Operations.

The Company is confident that the facilities will be fully commissioned and operational during the last quarter of the year. Don Wedman, P.Eng., CEO and President of the Company commented that "It truly is a remarkable accomplishment bringing the Bishop mill back into production. In anticipation of the facility being ready to process ore within the next three months, three ore sources will be metalurgically tested to characterize the ore and optimize the mineral recovery.
