CAA should look at taking out PRB on a stock swap.... IE 5 for 1 This would cost CAA only about 7 million shares.

What would they get?

1) About 4.5 million in cash

2) a 5% net smelter royalty on the new mine Agneco Eagle has recently put into production.

3) 2 jv projects using other peoples money to explore.

4) multiple properties in the James bay lowlands in the MacFaulds cap Approx 15,000 hectars

Not a bad addition if they were to persue it.. These assets could increase the net worth of CAA substantually, especially when the cash starts rolling in from the Goldex mine.

PRB is on red light special right now, with the weighted average 10 day trading price in the $.36 range.

With the assest PRB has, and it's current trading price I expect some opportunist will take PRB out on a stock swap.

JMHO
