CCH's forecast & estimates for 2009 & 2010

CCH's forecast & estimates for 2009 & 2010

Once the commercial production starts at Corner Bay next week i.e first week of Q4-2008 things will be good.

CCH is saying that the entire fiscal 2009 & fiscal 2010 will be profitable so that bodes well for the company.

Also Nuinsco ( NWI ) will have to prop up the SP if they have any hopes of exercising their warrants .

I still believe in Andre Fortier & Corner Bay to turn things around quickly for CCH.

Earnings Forecast from the Investor Presentation by CCH :

* In fiscal 2009, Campbell anticipates metal sales totalling approximately $106.3 million, a profit from operations of approximately$13.2 million, EBITDA of approximately $22.2 million and a net incomeof approximately $12.4 million. This assumes an average copper price of$3.30/lb and an average gold price of $850 in 2009. The increase inmetal sales in 2009 will come as a result of the Company's Corner Bayproject being in full commercial production.

* In fiscal2010, Campbell forecasts metal sales totalling approximately $99.7million, a profit from operations of approximately $11.8 million,EBITDA of approximately $17.3 million and a net income of approximately$9.1 million. This assumes an average copper price of $3.10/lb and anaverage gold price of $800 in 2010.
