Buyout rumour

came out on SH following the buyout of Jaguar mining by a chinese company for $1B. The stock certainly is behaving like a buyout is coming with over 3M shares bought at $1.50 and Jitney still holding it down. The other option is they are holding it to defend short position but with volume of buying, I think that possibility is losing steam.
