We have established and are developing many relationships in the north, where we recognize there to be significant small scale activities in many areas. There are many forms of partnership and many models to consider uniquely and as a function of a primary processing facility, the collective magic of which we believe will offer an attractive opportunity for the miners in these regions.

I recognize your close relationship with Plexmar, as President of their forum, and we are familiar with the Company. It appears the southern plant is not active and there are disputes preventing access to the Bolsa lands in the North (may I refer you to Plexmar's MD&A ending Sept 30 as one particular source of this information).
