Encore Investments ?????

Does anyone know what / who is Encore Investments Ltd. I've tried searching Canada 411 for a Calgary address / phone # and came up with nothing. A search of the web brings no hits other than the mentions in CQV news releases. Is this an actual bricks and morter company or, dare I say it, a one person show who happens to have 17 million warrants of CQV aquired through an investment in USG Energy. I'd like to know... if someone has the answer.
