CZN was supposed to submit their Developers Assessment Report by the end of this year. I thought it was to be submitted in this month, for some reason, although I don't see a specific date in their news releases. As I understand it, this is the last thing they are required to do in order to get the final go/no go from the Canadian Regulatory Authority. This was why I posted that I thought the sp would begin to rise this month. I'll say again, and this is just my opinion, that I believe they'll get the green light, and before October 2010. If so, the smart money guys would expected to move into the stock right about now. Hopefully, I'm right. Onward and upward, Panamax!
