Vancouver, British Columbia / TheNewswire / October 27, 2015 - Canamex Resources Corp. (TSX-V: CSQ) announces the grant of options entitling eligible participants to purchase an aggregate of 3,537,675 common shares, exercisable in whole or in part on or before October 21, 2020 at an exercise price of $0.05 per share; these options were issued pursuant to the Company's 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") that was last approved by shareholders November 21, 2014 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on January 7, 2015. All of these options were granted to directors of the Company on October 22, 2015. Following this grant there are 1,507,297 options remaining available for issuance under the Plan.
