With oil hitting $100.00 today ,and gold back above $ 803.00 an ounce , you wold think that oil companies like Saxon , and Questaire , and gold companies like Canarc and Atna would be moving up fast ,but they are all just drifting along.

It could be that tax loss selling time is hurting stock prices,as it will soon be time to start doing the income taxes. Its tempting to pick up some more of these stocks at these low prices.
