Yes I remember the overall dialogue re: Amazon and Carolina, but don't quite remember who said what in fine detail.

The overall on Carolina - Amazon was interested in Sola and vice versa in part because of the adjacent Amazon properties to the Carolina property. As far as I remember, Amazon has a decommissioned plant nearby that needs a bit of retrofitting/tuning. I may be making this part up in my mind now now, but I seem to recall that there is intent to audit the tailings of Carolina bulk sample using this plant. Given the past history of garimpero mining on Carolina there may very well be a play to generate cash flows off the overburden on top of our pipe. Hard rock (re) investigation could come later.

For the Paruna property, I do recall Morgan commenting on alluvials and the quality/size of the rocks. As I recollect they tended to be of good quality /size in the bottom of the three 3 established beds/levels at Paruna, as the lesser quality stones would get smashed/pulvervized over time in the alluvial setting and were on higher level. I should have taken notes, as I don't quite recall the sizes Morgan discussed at the time, but he did say he would extend the size distribution information.

The Amazon people also commented that due to the nature and variability of the alluvial properties it was not easy to do a financing the way the combined company will be able to.

Regardless will be fun when we start to get NI 43-101's generated left and right.
