A very good question Waters. With the current meltdown affecting share prices and worse to come by all accounts [ financial post and sun were gloomy reads today] . It does not look good for the near term. Hope your wrong too. Eventually this will change , there are just too many bargains to pass up.

I think that we will see a rise in price if we get very exceptional cores and /or the renewal of golds [inevitable] rise around november. Till then...
