Your somewhat previous post about waiting till things looked better is, I think, good idea. Which makes me think of the texasidiots idea of doing it ourselves.

If we cant get a really good price why lose this obviously fantastic property ?

With all that money coming into the system towards the end of 2009 [and maybe before] gold and everything else is going up in price. Camino Rojo will look awfully good.
