Please note that as Goldcorp trades higher, the price of Canplats stock will also trade higher because of the proposed stock for stock deal. The proposed deal is stock for stock and is nontaxable. Watch: If GG goes to 50 Canplats should trade over $4.00. If GG goes to 60, Canplats should trade over $5.00.
