Sounds like we all got the same email/letter, but addressed to us formally which I think is professional. She also quotes the paragraph before, "The Department of Natural Resources is very much aware of the concern that this protracted dispute presents for Canstar and its investors and shares their wish for a resolution to the process."

I think they are really aware of the situation now and know there are many out there not happy with the process. Hopefully we hear something soon.
