CANTEX DRILLS 78 METERS OF 3 g/t GOLD - Yemen

KELOWNA, BC, April 4 /CNW/ - Cantex Mine Development Corp. (CD : TSXV) ("Cantex" or the "Company") is pleased to announce drilling results from its Al Hariqah gold project.

Al Hariqah Gold Deposit, Yemen

Drilling results have recently been received from 4 percussion holes at the Al Hariqah gold project. Significant results from these holes are contained in the following table:

Drilling at the Al Hariqah project continues to intersect gold mineralization over significant lengths. Hole RDH 46 is mineralized from surface to the end of hole at 78 meters with an average grade of 3.08 grams of gold per tonne. Included within the hole is a 12 meter high grade section which averaged 12.4 g/t gold. This hole has been extended to 151.08 meters by core drilling to test the depth extension of this mineralization.
