Has everyone noticed the new name

I noticed on Friday that the Company name has been changed to Cardiogenics Holdings from Jag Holdings in the news release about the mechant banker. I thought it funny that there was no SEDAR filed something-k for the name change. Whatever, CUSIP symbol should be the next to change.
