I have been following comments on this board for some time (since merger with cardio). I also hold restricted share as former consultant, but have no insider info and lost touch many years ago with the CEO. I will hold this and not sell when escrow is lifted in Jan 31st. IF FDA approves this product, this will have market cap in the billions (no doubt), and their technology/ patent portfolio is very sound.
I have a few questions on the PR you posted. Firstly, the outsdanding shares is not in the 200 million with market cap of 80 million. I thought it was more more like 500 million with the escrow shares. Also, they stated back in June that they were 12-14 months away from FDA process and now four months later, they are still 12- 14 months away from FDA ? no progress yet ? Hope I get invited in their next general annual meeting (maybe we can hook up).
