I'm using a percentage stated by others here on this board. I have no inside info nor do I talk to management but I do care a great deal about naked shorting. People who don't understand naked shorting just dismiss it.

If you ever look back at all the stocks that had tremenous moves on the upside in a very short time period they were all shorted and naked shorted. Taser, Dendron, Volkswagon etc. to name a very short few.

No one here forces you to read this board or even read my posts. I won't put the issue to bed and if it is brought up I'll respond with my thoughts on the subject. One is a fool if he purchases stock based solely on what he reads on a board. Due diligence is the way to go.

Investing in penny stocks is not for the weak hearted and if you read the 10K they make no bones about the risk. There are no guarantees. You put down your money and you take a chance and sometimes the rewards are worth the risks. Only you can determine that.
